P\u0159i podchlazen\u00ed se t\u011blo ochlazuje rychleji, ne\u017e dok\u00e1\u017ee vytvo\u0159it teplo pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro spr\u00e1vnou funkci. Men\u0161\u00ed podchlazen\u00ed obvykle kon\u010d\u00ed nachlazen\u00edm. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho podchlazen\u00ed, kdy t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota klesne pod 28 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia, nast\u00e1v\u00e1 smrt.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny<\/h3>\n<p>K t\u011blesn\u00e9mu podchlazen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt v d\u016fsledku dlouhodob\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed velmi n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot vzduchu (v kombinaci s vysokou vlhkost\u00ed) nebo vody (ochlazuje t\u011blo rychleji ne\u017e vzduch). Probl\u00e9m nej\u010dast\u011bji nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v zim\u011b, kdy nap\u0159\u00edklad nep\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00edme sv\u00e9 oble\u010den\u00ed pov\u011btrnostn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m, zmokneme, chod\u00edme na vysokohorsk\u00e9 v\u00fdpravy nebo mro\u017ee (koup\u00e1n\u00ed ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b). Podchlazen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobeno inhibic\u00ed metabolick\u00fdch proces\u016f, n\u011bkter\u00fdmi chronick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi, podv\u00fd\u017eivou nebo antidepresivy \u010di sedativy. Podchlazen\u00edm jsou ohro\u017eeny i nedono\u0161en\u00e9 d\u011bti narozen\u00e9 p\u0159ed 26.-28. t\u00fddnem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed (nedostatek hn\u011bd\u00e9 tukov\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b).<\/p>\n<h2>Typy a p\u0159\u00edznaky podchlazen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Podchlazen\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje zpomalen\u00ed v\u0161ech \u017eivotn\u00edch proces\u016f, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost, nesoust\u0159ed\u011bnost a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed okol\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku v\u00e9st k v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm nehod\u00e1m ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edm nejen zdrav\u00ed, ale i \u017eivot. Nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm d\u016fsledkem podchlazen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt smrt. Existuj\u00ed 4 stupn\u011b podchlazen\u00ed, od m\u00edrn\u00e9ho, kdy je osoba p\u0159i v\u011bdom\u00ed a dok\u00e1\u017ee se o sebe postarat, a\u017e po kritick\u00e9, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k z\u00e1stav\u011b srdce. Typ p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry z\u00e1vis\u00ed na stupni imunity jedince.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00edrn\u00e9 podchlazen\u00ed je stav, kdy se t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota pohybuje mezi 35-32 stupni Celsia. Osoba je p\u0159i v\u011bdom\u00ed, pon\u011bkud oslaben\u00e1 a vyd\u011b\u0161en\u00e1, ale schopn\u00e1 se o sebe postarat. Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>siln\u00e1 t\u0159esavka;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>dezorientace;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>studen\u00e9 nohy a ruce, kter\u00e9 jsou nav\u00edc bled\u00e9 nebo modr\u00e9;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>z\u00e1vrat\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edznaky m\u00edrn\u00e9ho podchlazen\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota 32-28 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>osoba je p\u0159i v\u011bdom\u00ed, ale ospal\u00e1, neschopn\u00e1 se o sebe postarat;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dezorientaci, apatii, probl\u00e9m\u016fm s koordinac\u00ed a \u0159e\u010d\u00ed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>absence t\u0159esu;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>nepravideln\u00fd puls;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>k\u016f\u017ee na hrudi je na dotek chladn\u00e1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Akutn\u00ed podchlazen\u00ed se projevuje jako:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota mezi 28-24 stupni Celsia;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>st\u0159edn\u00ed nebo \u0161patn\u00fd fyzick\u00fd a du\u0161evn\u00ed stav;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>nedostatek pohybu;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>apatie a nereagov\u00e1n\u00ed na podn\u011bty;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>neodpov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed na ot\u00e1zky;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>ztr\u00e1ta v\u011bdom\u00ed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>k\u016f\u017ee je na dotek ledov\u00e1;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>mo\u017enost srde\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1stavy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kritick\u00e1 hypotermie nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota klesne pod 24 stup\u0148\u016f Celsia. P\u0159\u00edznaky:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>bezv\u011bdom\u00ed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky prokrven\u00ed;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>studen\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee sino-zelen\u00e9 barvy;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"parent-of-p\">\n<li>srde\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1stava.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Prvn\u00ed pomoc p\u0159i podchlazen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm principem prvn\u00ed pomoci p\u0159i podchlazen\u00ed je p\u0159izp\u016fsobit z\u00e1sah stupni podchlazen\u00ed v t\u011ble. T\u011blo je t\u0159eba zah\u0159\u00edvat postupn\u011b a pomalu (nap\u0159. p\u0159ikl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm m\u00edrn\u011b zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00e9ho ru\u010dn\u00edku na hlavu, z\u00e1da, krk a stehna, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo dal\u0161\u00edm tepeln\u00fdm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m) a t\u011blo dostate\u010dn\u011b hydratovat. M\u011bly by se pod\u00e1vat tepl\u00e9 (ne hork\u00e9) n\u00e1poje s p\u0159idan\u00fdm cukrem. Pokud je oble\u010den\u00ed mokr\u00e9, je t\u0159eba je sundat\/rozt\u00e1hnout a p\u0159ikr\u00fdt osobu dekou, spac\u00edm pytlem nebo tepl\u00fdm oble\u010den\u00edm. Neust\u00e1le sledujte posti\u017een\u00e9ho a nenechte se zm\u00e1st prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edmi typu &#8222;jsem v po\u0159\u00e1dku&#8220;, &#8222;budu v po\u0159\u00e1dku&#8220; apod., proto\u017ee posti\u017een\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt kv\u016fli podchlazen\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s vyhodnocen\u00edm situace.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud se stav nezlep\u0161\u00ed nebo se p\u0159\u00edznaky zhor\u0161\u00ed, je t\u0159eba vyhledat l\u00e9ka\u0159e. Pokud posti\u017een\u00fd ned\u00fdch\u00e1 nebo m\u00e1 nezjistiteln\u00fd puls, zahajte resuscitaci a pokra\u010dujte v n\u00ed, dokud nep\u0159ijede l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 slu\u017eba nebo dokud posti\u017een\u00fd nenabude v\u011bdom\u00ed. Je t\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee p\u0159i akutn\u00edm podchlazen\u00ed pracuje srdce a pl\u00edce velmi pomalu, tak\u017ee je nutn\u00e9 kontrolovat \u017eivotn\u00ed funkce a\u017e 1 minutu.<\/p>\n<h2>Co ned\u011blat p\u0159i podchlazen\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z nejz\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edch chyb, kter\u00fdch se lze dopustit p\u0159i pokusu o pomoc podchlazen\u00e9mu \u010dlov\u011bku, je snaha o jeho n\u00e1hl\u00e9 zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed, nap\u0159. p\u0159enesen\u00edm do m\u00edstnosti s velmi vysokou teplotou nebo pono\u0159en\u00edm (cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla nebo jeho \u010d\u00e1sti) do hork\u00e9 vody. \u00da\u010dinky budou opa\u010dn\u00e9 ne\u017e zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00e9 &#8211; dojde k tepeln\u00e9mu \u0161oku, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed c\u00e9v a odtoku studen\u00e9 krve do jin\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla, co\u017e sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed celkov\u00e9 teplo. Nemas\u00edrujte tak\u00e9 zmrzl\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, abyste nepo\u0161kodili k\u016f\u017ei nebo je nepohybovali r\u016fzn\u00fdmi sm\u011bry. P\u0159i podchlazen\u00ed cirkuluje tepl\u00e1 krev p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm do srdce a mozku, aby se udr\u017eovala spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 teplota pro jejich spr\u00e1vnou funkci. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je obl\u00e9kat se ve vrstv\u00e1ch (cibule), abyste mohli regulovat sv\u016fj tepeln\u00fd komfort podle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb. T\u00edm se tak\u00e9 zabr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed.
