Prvn\u00ed kroky v t\u00e9to discipl\u00edn\u011b se obvykle d\u011blaj\u00ed na um\u011bl\u00fdch lezeck\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch. Bouldering &#8211; co je to za druh lezen\u00ed a co je pot\u0159eba k tomu, abyste se mu mohli za\u010d\u00edt v\u011bnovat? <\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co je to bouldering?<\/h2>\n<p>Bouldering je <strong>druh lezen\u00ed, <\/strong>jeho\u017e n\u00e1zev poch\u00e1z\u00ed z anglick\u00e9ho slova boulder, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00fd balvan. Jedn\u00e1 se o <strong>lezen\u00ed po voln\u011b stoj\u00edc\u00edch skaln\u00edch \u00fatvarech nebo um\u011bl\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch v mal\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce (3-5 m nad zem\u00ed) bez pou\u017eit\u00ed jist\u00edc\u00edch lan, \u00favazk\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch typ\u016f ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong> Nemus\u00edte se v\u0161ak ob\u00e1vat n\u00e1sledk\u016f p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho p\u00e1du ze sk\u00e1ly. Proto\u017ee se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159il na formu, styl a etiku lezen\u00ed, pomohl rozvinout tuto discipl\u00ednu zaveden\u00edm gymnastick\u00fdch princip\u016f a technik. D\u00edky n\u011bmu m\u016f\u017eeme dnes p\u0159i lezen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvat gymnastickou k\u0159\u00eddu neboli <strong>magn\u00e9zium<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>V boulderingu se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 <strong>stupnice obt\u00ed\u017enosti cest, <\/strong>ale nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jsou francouzsk\u00fd model (kde se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u00edsmena A, B a C, \u010d\u00edslo a znak &#8222;+&#8220; nebo &#8222;-&#8222;), <strong>americk\u00e1 Vermova stupnice <\/strong>(od V0 &#8211; nejleh\u010d\u00ed po V16 &#8211; nejt\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed) a stupnice <strong>UIAA <\/strong>(Tatra), kde m\u00e1me co do \u010din\u011bn\u00ed se znaky I a\u017e XI a &#8222;+&#8220; nebo &#8222;-&#8222;. Obl\u00edben\u00fdm <strong>ukazatelem obt\u00ed\u017enosti cesty na um\u011bl\u00fdch st\u011bn\u00e1ch jsou barvy &#8211; <\/strong>obvykle se zna\u010den\u00ed pohybuje od zelen\u00e9 (pro za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky) p\u0159es \u017elutou a modrou a\u017e po \u010dervenou, fialovou a \u010dernou (pro pokro\u010dil\u00e9).<\/p>\n<h2>Jak se bouldering li\u0161\u00ed od klasick\u00e9ho lezen\u00ed?<\/h2>\n<p>Klasick\u00e9 horolezectv\u00ed je o dosa\u017een\u00ed nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edho mo\u017en\u00e9ho vrcholu s vyu\u017eit\u00edm vlastn\u00edch sil a dovednost\u00ed a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edho vybaven\u00ed. Mus\u00edme si tak\u00e9 sami z\u0159\u00eddit jist\u00edc\u00ed body. Proto\u017ee se cvi\u010d\u00ed v mal\u00fdch v\u00fd\u0161k\u00e1ch, nepot\u0159ebujete k n\u011bmu lana ani ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed partnera. V r\u00e1mci <strong>spottingu <\/strong>v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee doprov\u00e1zet tzv. <strong>spotter, tj. <\/strong>nap\u0159\u00edklad brzdit v\u00e1\u0161 p\u00e1d nebo v\u00e1s tla\u010dit dozadu tak, abyste v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u00e1du do ni\u010deho nenarazili a spadli za p\u00e1dovou podlo\u017eku. <strong>Bouldering <\/strong>vy\u017eaduje nejen koordinaci, s\u00edlu a lezeck\u00e9 dovednosti, ale tak\u00e9 kreativitu, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 spr\u00e1vn\u011b posoudit a vy\u0159e\u0161it tzv. <strong>boulderingov\u00fd probl\u00e9m <\/strong>(jin\u00fd term\u00edn pro p\u0159elezen\u00ed cesty).<\/p>\n<h2>V ter\u00e9nu nebo na st\u011bn\u011b &#8211; kde bouldrovat?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>To, kam se vyd\u00e1te na bouldering, do <\/strong>zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry z\u00e1vis\u00ed na va\u0161\u00ed \u00farovni zku\u0161enost\u00ed a tr\u00e9novanosti. Pokud m\u00e1te za sebou <strong>prvn\u00ed kroky v klasick\u00e9m lezen\u00ed, <\/strong>m\u016f\u017eete se \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b vydat s ostatn\u00edmi milovn\u00edky boulderingu do ter\u00e9nu. Tipy a triky<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud jste nikdy p\u0159edt\u00edm nelezli, <strong>za\u010dn\u011bte <\/strong>sv\u00e9 boulderingov\u00e9 dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed <strong>na um\u011bl\u00e9 st\u011bn\u011b pod dohledem instruktora<\/strong>, p\u0159ipojte se k lezeck\u00e9mu <strong>odd\u00edlu <\/strong>nebo <strong>se vydejte na tr\u00e9nink s p\u0159\u00e1teli, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed s <\/strong>t\u00edmto druhem lezen\u00ed zku\u0161enosti. Seznamte se s nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi pravidly, kter\u00e1 plat\u00ed nejen na sk\u00e1le, ale i v cel\u00e9m boulderingov\u00e9m are\u00e1lu. Zjist\u011bte si, jak\u00e9 jsou probl\u00e9my s chov\u00e1n\u00edm, pokud jde o bezpe\u010dnost, jak je ozna\u010dena obt\u00ed\u017enost tras (zelen\u00e1 neznamen\u00e1 v\u017edy nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed lysou), pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed magn\u00e9zia, p\u016fj\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed vybaven\u00ed atd. Jak jsme ji\u017e zm\u00ednili, magn\u00e9zium a boty jsou v boulderingu \u010dasto k dispozici k zap\u016fj\u010den\u00ed za p\u0159\u00edplatek.
