Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 vlastnosti a parametry<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">P\u0159i n\u00e1kupu podlo\u017eky na j\u00f3gu existuje n\u011bkolik kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch parametr\u016f, na kter\u00e9 by si m\u011bl d\u00e1t pozor ka\u017ed\u00fd, bez ohledu na stupe\u0148 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<h3>Tlou\u0161\u0165ka<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Volba tlou\u0161\u0165ky podlo\u017eky se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s koleny, z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00edm a klouby, hmotnost\u00ed u\u017eivatele, stupn\u011bm odpru\u017een\u00ed nebo \u00farovn\u00ed propracovanosti. Dal\u0161\u00edm krit\u00e9riem je zvolit podlo\u017eku o 5-10 cm del\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e je va\u0161e v\u00fd\u0161ka. Tot\u00e9\u017e plat\u00ed pro \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku podlo\u017eky na j\u00f3gu &#8211; p\u0159izp\u016fsobte ji sv\u00fdm individu\u00e1ln\u00edm parametr\u016fm. Vyzna\u010duje se vysokou trvanlivost\u00ed, hustotou, kompaktn\u00ed konstrukc\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je odoln\u00e1 proti po\u0161kozen\u00ed i p\u0159i intenzivn\u00edm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, a dobrou protiskluznost\u00ed (zvy\u0161uje se s \u010detnost\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed). Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhody pat\u0159\u00ed snadn\u00e9 \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed (v\u00edce informac\u00ed viz n\u00ed\u017ee) a n\u00edzk\u00e1 cena;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>PU <\/strong>&#8211; neboli polyuretan. Obvykle pokr\u00fdv\u00e1 horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st podlo\u017eky, je m\u011bkk\u00e1, hladk\u00e1 a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1 na dotek a zaru\u010duje dobrou p\u0159ilnavost. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 je materi\u00e1l n\u00e1chyln\u00fd k po\u0161kr\u00e1b\u00e1n\u00ed, po\u0161kozen\u00ed a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Chcete-li prodlou\u017eit \u017eivotnost PU podlo\u017eky, skladujte a p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ejte ji ve speci\u00e1ln\u00edm obalu a p\u0159ed pou\u017eit\u00edm se vyhn\u011bte pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011blov\u00e9ho ml\u00e9ka nebo kr\u00e9mu na ruce;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>TPE <\/strong>&#8211; neboli termoplastick\u00e1 p\u011bna. Vyzna\u010duje se n\u00edzkou hmotnost\u00ed (i p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed podlo\u017eky), dobrou p\u0159ilnavost\u00ed a vysok\u00fdm odpru\u017een\u00edm;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\"><strong>kau\u010duk <\/strong>&#8211; tento p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed materi\u00e1l poskytuje nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 protiskluznosti, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je pom\u011brn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na p\u00e9\u010di (je nutn\u00fd nap\u0159\u00edklad speci\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravek) a \u00fadr\u017ebu (snadno se po\u0161kod\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad ponech\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch a vystaven\u00edm slunci).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: start;\">korek &#8211; biologicky odbourateln\u00fd materi\u00e1l z korkov\u00e9ho stromu je antistatick\u00fd a antibakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed, tak\u017ee je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed pro alergiky. Materi\u00e1l se snadno udr\u017euje a je odoln\u00fd. Roho\u017ee z mikrovl\u00e1kna a pry\u017ee jsou k dispozici v \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le barev a vzor\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">P\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho materi\u00e1lu se vyplat\u00ed ujistit se, \u017ee m\u00e1 <strong>certifik\u00e1t Oeko-Tex, <\/strong>kter\u00fd potvrzuje, \u017ee v\u00fdrobek je bezpe\u010dn\u00fd pro \u010dlov\u011bka a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed (nap\u0159. neobsahuje \u0161kodliv\u00e9 l\u00e1tky).<\/p>\n<h3>Hmotnost<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda se \u010dasto pohybujete ve fitness klubu, \u0161kole j\u00f3gy nebo na venkovn\u00edch lekc\u00edch. Pak je pohodln\u00fd model, kter\u00fd v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed 1,5-3 kg a je vyroben z lehk\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f, tj. TPE nebo PVC (tenk\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u011b siln\u00e9). Pokud se chyst\u00e1te cvi\u010dit Bikram nebo Hot Yogu, vyberte si podlo\u017eku z mikrovl\u00e1kna, kter\u00e1 si dokonale porad\u00ed s nadm\u011brnou vlhkost\u00ed a potem. To je zp\u016fsobeno protiskluzov\u00fdmi vlastnostmi tohoto materi\u00e1lu, kter\u00e9 se s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00edm vody zvy\u0161uj\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt men\u0161\u00ed odolnost proti skluzu (cvi\u010den\u00ed j\u00f3gy zvy\u0161uje kontrolu t\u011bla), ale mus\u00ed m\u00edt vysokou odolnost.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed podlo\u017eky na j\u00f3gu: tipy pro p\u00e9\u010di<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: start;\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 p\u00e9\u010de o podlo\u017eku na j\u00f3gu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 prodlou\u017eit \u017eivotnost p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161enstv\u00ed, zachovat jeho vysok\u00e9 vlastnosti (nap\u0159. p\u0159ilnavost) a tak\u00e9 eliminovat riziko vzniku bakteri\u00ed a mikrob\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b ovlivnit stav poko\u017eky nebo zp\u016fsobit infekce.
