Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak bezpe\u010dn\u011b spadnout a jak se efektivn\u011b dostat zp\u011bt na prkno.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u00e1du je t\u0159eba pamatovat na n\u011bkolik z\u00e1kladn\u00edch pravidel.
