Pokud je takov\u00fd \u00fasek stezky nebo cesty dlouh\u00fd, je to skute\u010dn\u011b vhodn\u00e9 ud\u011blat. Stezky p\u0159ekon\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed prudk\u00e9 svahy se v\u0161ak \u010dasto berou cikcak, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eil jejich sklon. Na takov\u00e9 stezce ka\u017edou chv\u00edli m\u011bn\u00edte polohu v\u016f\u010di svahu a jdete bu\u010f vpravo, nebo vlevo \u010delem k \u00faseku svahu vedouc\u00edmu vzh\u016fru. V\u00fdm\u011bna hol\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fdch n\u011bkolik minut by byla zna\u010dn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e1, ale i k tomu existuje jednoduch\u00fd zp\u016fsob. Ty\u010d, kter\u00e1 je vedena nad \u00farovn\u00ed cesty, sta\u010d\u00ed na okam\u017eik zkr\u00e1tit a uchopit rukoje\u0165 co nejn\u00ed\u017ee, zat\u00edmco tu, kter\u00e1 je vedena pod \u00farovn\u00ed cesty, je t\u0159eba uchopit, jako by sestupovala, a vnit\u0159n\u00ed stranu ruky op\u0159\u00edt o horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st rukojeti ty\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aby m\u011blo pou\u017eit\u00ed trekov\u00fdch hol\u00ed po\u017eadovan\u00fd p\u0159\u00ednos, je t\u0159eba je zat\u00ed\u017eit. To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b neznamen\u00e1 sna\u017eit se poka\u017ed\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e9st na h\u016fl co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1hu, proto\u017ee ji nechcete zar\u00e1\u017eet co nejhloub\u011bji do zem\u011b. Nej\u010dast\u011bji se jedn\u00e1 o dv\u011b poutka. Jedno se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti batohu, pobl\u00ed\u017e spodn\u00edho bodu uchycen\u00ed v\u00fdztuhy, a druh\u00e9 zhruba v polovin\u011b t\u00e9to v\u00fdztuhy. P\u0159i ch\u016fzi po asfaltu nebo siln\u011b kamenit\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu by m\u011bly b\u00fdt na hroty hol\u00ed nasazeny gumov\u00e9 hroty (obvykle dod\u00e1van\u00e9 v\u00fdrobcem). Mal\u00e9 tal\u00ed\u0159ky jsou u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159i ch\u016fzi po p\u00eds\u010dit\u00fdch nebo bl\u00e1tiv\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch. V zim\u011b budete pot\u0159ebovat velk\u00e9 tal\u00ed\u0159ky. Nejde jen o pohodl\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o bezpe\u010dnost. P\u0159i zimn\u00ed t\u00fa\u0159e po horsk\u00e9 stezce se obvykle vyd\u00e1te po stezce, kter\u00e1 byla mnoho dn\u00ed nebo t\u00fddn\u016f upravov\u00e1na. Pokud v\u0161ak jen trochu sejdete ze stezky, ocitnete se v sypk\u00e9m sn\u011bhu a\u017e po t\u0159\u00edsla. H\u016fl bez tal\u00ed\u0159ku se do takov\u00e9 p\u016fdy zap\u00edchne prakticky bez odporu, tak\u017ee nem\u00e1me \u0161anci ji pou\u017e\u00edt jako oporu. To bude m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek p\u00e1d, a i kdy\u017e ne ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00e1d mus\u00ed skon\u010dit zran\u011bn\u00edm, rozhodn\u011b bychom se m\u011bli takov\u00fdm situac\u00edm vyhnout.
