V\u00edce informac\u00ed najdete v na\u0161em pr\u016fvodci.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Co je skitouring?<\/h2>\n<p>Skitouring, zn\u00e1m\u00fd tak\u00e9 jako ski touring, skituring nebo backcountry skiing (n\u00e1zev pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v USA), je forma aktivity, kter\u00e1 kombinuje ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se zimn\u00ed horskou turistikou a spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v t\u00far\u00e1ch v horsk\u00e9m ter\u00e9nu mimo vy\u0161lapan\u00e9 cesty. Na sjezdovce v\u00e1s krom\u011b rovinat\u00e9ho ter\u00e9nu \u010dekaj\u00ed velkolep\u00e9, adrenalinov\u00e9 sjezdy po \u010derstv\u00fdch stop\u00e1ch, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, strm\u00e1 stoup\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud se rozhodnete pro skialpinismus, m\u016f\u017eete se dostat do m\u00edst v hor\u00e1ch, kter\u00e1 jsou pro vyznava\u010de jin\u00fdch zimn\u00edch sport\u016f nebo horsk\u00e9 turistiky nedostupn\u00e1. Nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se zde vleky ani jin\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, ale pouze speci\u00e1ln\u00ed ly\u017ee s takzvan\u00fdmi &#8222;tuleni&#8220; pro stoup\u00e1n\u00ed a speci\u00e1ln\u00edm v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00edm. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 si pletou skydiving se skialpinismem, co\u017e je technicky pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed forma skialpinismu (pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed se ma\u010dky a na strm\u00fdch svaz\u00edch se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sekera). P\u0159i skialpinismu se nez\u0159\u00eddka pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed horolezeck\u00e9 techniky a vybaven\u00ed, jako jsou \u00favazky, lana, ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sebe nebo partnera, stav\u011bn\u00ed stoup\u00e1n\u00ed atd. Na rozd\u00edl od sjezdov\u00e9ho a b\u011b\u017eeck\u00e9ho ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed pro skialpinismus pot\u0159eba infrastruktura ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00fdch st\u0159edisek v\u010detn\u011b vlek\u016f a trat\u00ed. Neexistuj\u00ed zde \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 striktn\u011b vymezen\u00e9 trasy, co\u017e v\u00e1m d\u00e1v\u00e1 velkou volnost a umo\u017e\u0148uje v\u00e1m otestovat svou kondici a zdatnost mimo p\u0159epln\u011bn\u00e9 sjezdovky.<\/p>\n<h2>Skitouring &#8211; pro koho?<\/h2>\n<p>D\u00edky \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le \u00farovn\u00ed skialpinismu si skialpinismus m\u016f\u017ee u\u017e\u00edt ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo m\u00e1 r\u00e1d adrenalin a zna\u010dnou fyzickou n\u00e1mahu. Na sv\u00e9 si v\u0161ak p\u0159ijdou i milovn\u00edci pobytu v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b v nedot\u010den\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se mohou pln\u011b v\u011bnovat pohybu mimo frekventovan\u00e9 stezky. Je to jak skv\u011bl\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak zpest\u0159it klasick\u00e9 formy ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a vyzkou\u0161et si sv\u00e9 dovednosti v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm ter\u00e9nu, tak i p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro milovn\u00edky hor objevovat nov\u00e9 trasy. Skialpinismus je vhodn\u00fd i pro freeridery, kte\u0159\u00ed hledaj\u00ed nov\u00fd adrenalin a cht\u011bj\u00ed zanechat prvn\u00ed stopy na \u010derstv\u00e9m sn\u011bhu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"attachment-large alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/sportano.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/gdi-6384c57f908c7.png\" alt=\"Skialpinist\u00e9 stoupaj\u00ed po zasn\u011b\u017een\u00e9m svahu s ly\u017eemi a holemi\" width=\"816\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Jak za\u010d\u00edt s skitouring?<\/h2>\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je podniknout prvn\u00ed kroky v seskoku pad\u00e1kem pod veden\u00edm kvalifikovan\u00e9ho instruktora, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m nejen vysv\u011btl\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy seskoku pad\u00e1kem, ale proto\u017ee zn\u00e1 ter\u00e9n, v\u00ed, kde a jak se v n\u011bm pohybovat, p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed trasu va\u0161im schopnostem a kondici. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed kurz\u016f jsou tak\u00e9 n\u00e1cviky a instrukt\u00e1\u017ee, jak se chovat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b laviny, kter\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed nebo jak pou\u017e\u00edvat vybaven\u00ed, jako je cep\u00edn apod. D\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v\u00fduky skialpinismu je zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed techniky sj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, stoup\u00e1n\u00ed a zm\u011bny sm\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p>Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 poloha nohou p\u0159i seskoku pad\u00e1kem je takov\u00e1, kdy jsou nohy v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b na \u0161\u00ed\u0159ku bok\u016f, co\u017e usnad\u0148uje udr\u017een\u00ed pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1hy i na technicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch. V\u00e1ha t\u011bla by m\u011bla b\u00fdt p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ena na cel\u00e9 chodidlo a t\u011b\u017ei\u0161t\u011b by m\u011blo b\u00fdt p\u0159esunuto na p\u0159edn\u00ed nohu, abyste st\u00e1li stabiln\u011b. P\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00fdch hol\u00ed pro skitouring byste m\u011bli prov\u00e1d\u011bt k\u00fdvav\u00fd pohyb v opa\u010dn\u00e9m sm\u011bru, ne\u017e je zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 ly\u017ee.<\/p>\n<h2>Co pot\u0159ebujete pro skitouring?<\/h2>\n<p>Na za\u010d\u00e1tek va\u0161eho skitouringov\u00e9ho dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed budete pot\u0159ebovat lehk\u00e9 a \u0161irok\u00e9 ly\u017ee, kter\u00e9 d\u00edky sv\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukci umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 t\u00fary v hlubok\u00e9m sn\u011bhu. Maj\u00ed tzv. &#8222;t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed&#8220;, co\u017e jsou kousky materi\u00e1lu s protiskluzov\u00fdmi vlastnostmi (jsou p\u0159ipevn\u011bny ke skluznici ly\u017ee), kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed za \u00fakol zajistit dostate\u010dnou p\u0159ilnavost a umo\u017enit j\u00edzdu do kopce (nap\u0159. zabr\u00e1nit sklouznut\u00ed p\u0159i stoup\u00e1n\u00ed do svahu). M\u00e1me zde tak\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed skialpinistick\u00e1 v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed voln\u00fd pohyb paty odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu rytmu ch\u016fze (lze je odemknout pro v\u00fdstup a zamknout pro sjezd), a lehk\u00e9 a pru\u017en\u00e9 skialpinistick\u00e9 boty se st\u0159edn\u00ed flex\u00ed (tuhost\u00ed) a se syst\u00e9mem ski\/walk (ski\/hike), kter\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje rychle zm\u011bnit funk\u010dnost obuvi na ch\u016fzi nebo ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho jsou skialpinistick\u00e1 v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed vybavena ur\u010dit\u00fdm vyv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm, o kter\u00e9 se op\u00edraj\u00ed ly\u017ea\u0159sk\u00e9 boty, aby noha nebyla p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b do kopce nadm\u011brn\u011b nam\u00e1h\u00e1na. Jako prvn\u00ed vrstvu si oble\u010dte termoaktivn\u00ed pr\u00e1dlo (nap\u0159. soupravu dlouh\u00fdch ruk\u00e1v\u016f + leg\u00edny nebo leg\u00edny) a pot\u00e9 h\u0159ejivou vrstvu, nap\u0159. fleecovou nebo ly\u017ea\u0159skou bundu. Krom\u011b toho nezapome\u0148te na rukavice a pono\u017eky z merino vlny.<\/p>\n<h2>Skituring a bezpe\u010dnost<\/h2>\n<p>Ly\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed mimo sjezdovky s sebou nese riziko lavin a dal\u0161\u00edch nebezpe\u010d\u00ed (nap\u0159. trhlin), a proto je nezbytn\u00e9 pe\u010dliv\u011b napl\u00e1novat cestu, zkontrolovat pov\u011btrnostn\u00ed podm\u00ednky, m\u00edt lavinov\u00fd ABC a b\u00fdt p\u0159ipraven \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b jednat v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nouze.
