Najd\u011bte si rovnou plochu (zn\u00e1mou tak\u00e9 jako osl\u00ed m\u016fstek), polo\u017ete na ni prkno, p\u0159edn\u00ed nohu vlo\u017ete do p\u0159edn\u00edho v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed a botu zasu\u0148te do zadn\u00edho v\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 ut\u00e1hn\u011bte horn\u00ed a spodn\u00ed popruh. Udr\u017eujte rovnov\u00e1hu a narovnejte se. Postavte se kolmo ke svahu a pomalu se odrazte zadn\u00ed nohou a zkuste ujet n\u011bkolik metr\u016f.
